Is this a real psychologist?
Yes — all our practitioners are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Fully qualified, fully regulated.
What if I just want to talk — I'm not 'mentally ill'?
Most men who see us aren't in crisis. They're dealing with stress, pressure, relationship strain or just feeling flat. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from talking to someone.
Is it confidential?
